Marriage is not a noun; it's a verb. It isn't something you get. It's something you do. It's the way you love your partner every day. -Ann Landers

We were so excited this year for Christmas!  Logan was getting the idea and was excited for Santa to come this year.  Which meant that Andy and I were excited and had a few surprises up our sleeves...
Christmas morning...excited to see what was brought.
A "Pokey" little puppy to ride on.

The favorite gift, his very own train table!

His favorite new outfit... THOMAS!!!!  Yes, we still have to wear this shirt at least once a week!

He was saying, "One more present..."  Too bad they were all opened and enjoyed.  No more until next year!  It was such a great day!

Temple square is one of our favorite things to do at Christmas time.  Every year we go, and every year I am amazed at it's beauty.

Logan got his first snow suit! So we decided that we better put it to use.
We ventured outside to give it a try...
It was like pulling teeth to squeeze a smile out of him.
He did not really enjoy our time outside. The moment he got in the snow he asked to go back inside. Being the cool mom that I am, I made him at least walk in it before taking him back in. He was not thrilled with the idea.
So we walked from the front yard to the backyard.
20 minutes of getting ready to play in the snow...just to spend a whole whopping 5 minutes out in it.
I keep telling myself that he will get the hang of it. So we will keep trying.
But doesn't he look adorable? I just want to squeeze him!

We were all prepared to be snowed in when the 'Blizzard" hit. We had some yummy soup for dinner, and a Gingerbread house to decorate for fun. Logan thought the idea of putting candy on a house instead of in his mouth was HILARIOUS!
Ready to be put to work.
Making sure the candy stayed stuck in the frosting. He is going to be a perfectionist like his dad. Every candy had to be place just so, in the right spot.
Looking good!!!
What a fun time we had!
I didn't take a picture of the final project, DUH!. I will and post it so you can see our masterpiece!
