Marriage is not a noun; it's a verb. It isn't something you get. It's something you do. It's the way you love your partner every day. -Ann Landers

AnImAl JaMs

Logan's favorite thing (next to his trains of course) are what he calls his: "Animal Jams"
I have to hide these from him to get them washed.
Oh how I love this guy!

This Thanksgiving was not like any we have had before. Logan came down with a fever Tuesday and it stayed until Friday night. So Thanksgiving for us was a little sad, but we made it work. Andy stayed home with Logan while I went to my parents for dinner.
It was so fun to have Jac home, and my dad's parents come over. It was sad though and strange not to have my brother and his little family there with us. Their absense was truly felt.
The food was sooo yummy, and cooked to perfection!
My Grandpa and Grandma Stuker who I have so enjoyed getting to know better this past year. I love them so much!
It was nice to be home a lot, we had much time to reflect on all of the things that we are so grateful for. And be thankful for how blessed our lives truly are.
We are so thankful for:
Our healthy bodies
The gospel
Our wonderful families who we couldn't make it through a day without.
Our marriage in the temple
Our home and the food that we have to eat
Our jobs that we have been able to keep through this difficult economic time
Our little family and the important role that each of us plays.

Go JaZz Go!

Last weekend we had the chance to go to the Jazz game. Oh my goodness what a blast!
We went with our good friends, Brig and Amy Harman.

Brig and Amy

Even the legendary Mark Eaton was there!
He's the big guy in the blue.
Half Time!!!
My cousin Chris, Mickinzi, and Scarlett were there too!!!
And they have a new mini-Jazz Bear. He was hysterical!
The debate all night: was it a kid in there or a little person???
My vote was for little person.
One of our failed attempts at getting on the jumbo tron
After a few over times the Jazz finally pulled off the W with a 2 point game.
Awesome time!!! Thanks Brig and Amy it was so much fun.
Thanks Mom and Dad for watching Logan, we couldn't have done this without you!
Love you xoxo!

All ArOuNd

I love the fall, there is just something about the crispness in the air, the crunch leaves on the ground, the craving for cider and hot chocolate, that makes me smile. And so does this handsome goof ball!
It's been really fun this year to get to experience these things with my favorite people. Last year Logan was too young to really know what was going on...
But this year he is eating it up!

How do you not love the multi-colored leaves, and crisp air that turns cheeks rosy...
No, not those kind of cheeks.
See what we have to put up with... Hahaha!
Logan loves looking up at the trees waiting for more leaves to flutter to the ground.
Mostly so he can pick it up and put it in his dump truck.
Say Cheese...
Whirling and twirling in the leaves. Or as Logan likes to call it: Spin!

HeLpEr

I have a little helper, a helper yes I say.
He loves to cook and stir stuff, every single day!
He has a little ladder, that is his helper seat,
He climbs up very carefully, he thinks it pretty neat!
Yes, I have a little helper, but he's a little messy too,
My little helper Logan, I'm sure would love to come help you!!!
Every time Logan sees me in the kitchen he runs over and pulls on his "ladder" and says,
"Mom-hep me!" It's so cute! He LOVES to be right in the middle of all the action.
The beaters are his favorite thing, and dumping in all sorts of different ingredients. He does a very good job! Even though we make a little mess sometimes, nothing is too messy to clean up!
Love this boy!
